Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-05-01
Scope
These terms govern your use of micex.ai and the MiceX waitlist. Production platform terms are separate and will be agreed before any commercial engagement.
MiceX is a brand jointly operated by InScotia Limited (United Kingdom) and MANU Group (India). The relevant entity for your engagement is determined by your jurisdiction and disclosed at the point of contracting.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a rate inconsistent with our robots.txt directives, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block access where reasonable.
Waitlist and pre-launch communications
Joining the waitlist does not constitute an offer or guarantee of access to MiceX. We onboard the first cohort directly; subsequent admission criteria will be communicated transparently.
Pre-launch materials — including any product previews, mockups, and forward-looking statements about platform capabilities — may not reflect the final shipped product. We mark aspirational claims explicitly where they appear.
Intellectual property
All content on this site is © MiceX, except where attributed otherwise. The MiceX wordmark and the agent-plane illustrations are trade marks of InScotia Limited.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or other matters that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for engagements with InScotia Limited, and by the laws of India for engagements with the MANU Group entity, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective courts.
Changes
We update these terms when our practices change. The Last updated date above tracks the most recent change.
